Wedding Packages
I can provide a variety of wedding packages for your ceremony and reception, below are what I suggest based on my music style and what has been most popular over the years; I can customise these packages if you’re looking for something different - for example if you’re hiring a band for your reception I can work a package to end when they begin!
Acoustic Ceremony & Pre-Reception Package:
Pre-ceremony acoustic set to set the mood while the guests arrive. (30min set)
Requested songs during the ceremony (usually the aisle walk, 1-2 songs during your signing and a recessional song as you exit)
Post ceremony, pre-reception cocktail or canape ‘hour’ set (flexible to 1-2 hours of music)
High quality portable battery powered Bose P.A for easy movement between ceremony spot & cocktail/ canape area & no power needed so remote ceremonies are no problem.
Acoustic & DJ Reception Package: Relaxing acoustic music through dinner time, live acoustic songs for your special dances and DJ sets full of classic wedding dancefloor fillers to finish of the night! Paired with the ceremony package this will mean your music for the whole day and night is taken care of.
Early arrival and set-up.
Top quality P.A system with extra bass speaker for DJ sets.
3 x 45 minute sets of live acoustic music.
Live acoustic first dance & parent dance songs if requested.
Background music between sets.
Microphone for speeches.
Stage lighting for live acoustic sets.
Colourful moving dance floor lighting for DJ sets.
DJ sets until close. (Usually 11:30 – we can chat if you’d like to go longer)
Request up to 20 songs for the DJ playlist.
Working closely with your MC for smooth running of the night.

FAQs
Can you learn our favourite song?
Yes, if your favourite songs aren’t already in my repertoire I will endeavour to learn any songs you request for the special moments during your ceremony and reception like your aisle entrance and first dance.
What do I need to provide for you on the day/ night?
Usually all I need is an undercover area with a flat surface and standard power access nearby, meals and drinks for two would also be gratefully accepted as I usually bring along a roadie to help me out.
What do your DJ sets entail/ what is your DJ style?
This is a service I offer for after my acoustic sets, so you and your guests can dance the night away in the final hours. I’ll be playing the songs you want to hear as everyone knows them, including your must play songs and taking requests from your guests if you wish, and keeping the party going with a mix of old and new wedding dance floor classics to get everyone up and dancing. All played through my top quality BOSE P.A System with dance lighting to set the scene.
Can we choose songs for the DJ sets?
Yes, if you send me a list of requests (up to 20) preferably at least two weeks prior to your event date, I will download and add them to the playlist for the night. I would recommend keeping your request list to 10-15 songs to allow me flexibility on the night to read the crowd and work them into a playlist that will get guests of all ages up and dancing throughout the night.
Can a friend or family member perform a song?
Yes! It’s your day and if there’s a special person who you would like to perform a song or two, they may! It’s best to email me about this so we can work out the finer details and where it will fit into the day/ night. They may use my P.A and can even borrow my guitar or ukulele if needed.
Can we use your P.A for speeches and other formalities?
Yes, you can. I will provide a microphone for your M.C and speech givers throughout the night if needed, please note this is not a wireless mic.
Can we choose the background music played between sets?
Yes, if you would like to choose the background music you can send me a Spotify playlist link. Alternatively, you can send me a list of songs or give me a general idea of what artists and genres you like and I will find or make a customised playlist for you.
